Short Product Lifespan
Nonstick pans last only two to three years. The coating breaks down at high heat, can release harmful chemicals, and eventually peels, so you replace them again and again.

The chef behind Forgewell
After years in professional kitchens he has cooked on every pan made. Cast iron, stainless steel, ceramic, copper, every coating on the market. Today he uses one pan, and one only. Here is why.
Toxic coatedTitanium01
Every coated pan I have used has failed within months. The coating scratches, it blisters, and eventually it ends up in the food. Titanium has nothing to break down. It is solid metal, top to bottom, and it cooks the same on day one thousand as it does on day one.
02
The chemicals known as forever chemicals are in most of the cookware sold as safe. They build up in the body and they do not leave. Titanium contains none. No PFAS, no PTFE, no PFOA. Nothing hidden underneath.
03
The hand hammered texture gives food a clean release, the way a seasoned professional pan behaves. Eggs slide and fish lifts away with a little oil. No chemical layer doing the work for you. Just the metal, the heat, and the food.
Seriously phenomenal cookware04
The average nonstick pan lasts one to three years. Titanium does not wear, so there is nothing to wear away. The 25 year warranty is there for peace of mind, though most people will never need it.
05
Induction, gas, oven, open flame. Oven safe to 260C and half the weight of cast iron. It works in a home kitchen, and in a kitchen with a family to feed that matters more.
06
There is nothing hidden under the surface. No coating, no chemical, no compromise. One pan, pure titanium, made in the USA. When I cook for my own family, this is what I reach for. If it is good enough for that, it is good enough for you.

Our everyday pan, and the piece most Forgewell kitchens start with. The cooking surface is solid grade 1 titanium, hammered by hand so the dimpled texture does the releasing that a chemical coating only imitates. Nothing is sprayed on it, so there is nothing to scratch, blister or wear away.
Use metal utensils without thinking about it. Take it from an induction hob straight into the oven. Wash it in two minutes at the sink and it comes back better than it went in, because an uncoated surface improves with use rather than degrading. Covered by our 25 year warranty.
Free tracked shipping on every order. 30 day returns, cook with it first and send it back if it is not for you.
Fully dishwasher safe and metal utensils are welcome. There is no coating to protect, so clean it the way that suits you.

The problem
Most pans are designed to fail, forcing you into an endless cycle of replacement.
Nonstick pans last only two to three years. The coating breaks down at high heat, can release harmful chemicals, and eventually peels, so you replace them again and again.
Other pans get damaged quickly by everyday cooking utensils. Spatulas and tongs scratch the surface, so the nonstick coating wears down faster and performance drops.
Standard nonstick and ceramic pans create hot spots and cold zones, making consistent, professional-quality results impossible.
The Forgewell difference
Every detail is considered. Every material is chosen for performance and safety.

FAQ
Everything you need to know about Forgewell titanium cookware.
A regular nonstick pan is aluminium with a chemical coating sprayed over it, and that coating is the part that wears out. Forgewell uses a solid titanium cooking surface, so there is no layer to scratch, peel or degrade. The pan you use in year ten is the same pan you unboxed.
Yes. There is no PFAS, PFOA or PTFE anywhere in the pan, because there is no coating at all. Nothing can leach into your food from a surface that was never sprayed on.
You can. Metal spatulas, tongs and whisks are all fine. This is the practical difference a solid surface makes: there is nothing on top to cut through.
Gas, induction, electric, ceramic, the oven and an open fire. The bonded base works on every hob type, and the pan has no handle part or coating that keeps it out of the oven.
Fully. A dishwasher is what destroys a coated pan over time; titanium does not care. Hand washing is quicker for a single pan, but it is not required.
Every Forgewell pan carries a 25-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If something goes wrong that should not have, contact us with your order number and we replace the pan.
Heavier than a thin nonstick pan and lighter than cast iron. The weight comes from the bonded base, which is also what keeps the heat even from the centre to the edge.
No seasoning, no ritual. Heat the pan first, add a little fat, then add the food. That is the whole technique, and it is the same one that works on a stainless pan.
