Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Start here: Start a return.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Almost every issue, whether a delayed parcel, a wrong item or a damaged lid, is something we can fix in a single email. A chargeback takes weeks and gets you a slower answer than we do.

Where is my order?
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also follow it on our Track your order page. Total delivery time is 6 to 15 business days: 1 to 3 days processing plus 5 to 12 days in transit.
How long does shipping take?
6 to 15 business days in total, and shipping is free on every order regardless of size or destination. Full details are on the shipping policy page.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See the return policy, or go straight to Start a return.
My item arrived damaged.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item and the outer box. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
We do, for restaurants, cooking schools and retailers. Email us with “Wholesale” in the subject line and tell us a little about your business.
How does the 25 year warranty work?
Every pan is covered for 25 years against manufacturing defects. If a fault in materials or workmanship appears, send us your order number and a photo and we will repair or replace it. Normal wear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered.
