Short Product Lifespan
Nonstick pans last only two to three years. The coating breaks down at high heat, can release harmful chemicals, and eventually peels, so you replace them again and again.

Cookware that adds nothing to your food. The surface here is the metal itself, which means there is no coating to break down over time and nothing that can transfer into what you are cooking. Titanium is biocompatible, the same class of material used in surgical implants.
Hand hammered for natural release, and compatible with every cooktop: induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen. Oven safe to 260 degrees Celsius. Metal utensils will not hurt it. 25 year warranty.
Free tracked shipping on every order. 30 day returns, cook with it first and send it back if it is not for you.
Fully dishwasher safe and metal utensils are welcome. There is no coating to protect, so clean it the way that suits you.

The problem
Most pans are designed to fail, forcing you into an endless cycle of replacement.
Nonstick pans last only two to three years. The coating breaks down at high heat, can release harmful chemicals, and eventually peels, so you replace them again and again.
Other pans get damaged quickly by everyday cooking utensils. Spatulas and tongs scratch the surface, so the nonstick coating wears down faster and performance drops.
Standard nonstick and ceramic pans create hot spots and cold zones, making consistent, professional-quality results impossible.

Customers mention most

I was nervous going from nonstick to titanium. Heat it for a minute, add a little butter, and my eggs slide right out. No more flakes of black coating in my kids' breakfast.

I have a 20 year old cast iron I swore by. This gets the same crust on a ribeye at half the weight, and I do not have to baby it afterwards. Sold.

Works perfectly on my induction cooktop. Salmon skin comes out crispy and lifts right off with a metal spatula. Heats more evenly than the pan it replaced.

Ordered one as a birthday gift for my husband. It arrived in a beautiful box, feels solid and looks stunning on the stove. Two weeks later I ordered a second one for myself.

Pancakes brown evenly edge to edge and flip without tearing. My daughter asked why the old pan always made them patchy. Now I know.

Honestly the biggest surprise. Warm water and a brush, done in two minutes. I have put it in the dishwasher a few times too and it still looks brand new.

Made skillet cornbread straight from the stovetop into a 425 degree oven. No worrying about a coating or the handle. Golden crust, came out clean.

Took it out to the grill for shrimp and peppers. Handles the high heat like nothing and still looks new after a scrub. This is my go to pan now.
The first two days a few things stuck because I did not preheat. Once I learned to heat it first, it performs exactly like the chef said. One star off for the learning curve, not the pan.
I was replacing nonstick pans every couple of years. Did the math and this pays for itself fast. Customer service answered my question the same day too.
Bought this for my mom after reading about PFAS. She was skeptical, now she uses it every single day and calls it her chef pan.
I use a metal spatula and tongs on it every day. Not a single scratch after two months. Rinses clean even after burnt on sauce.

FAQ
Everything you need to know about Forgewell titanium cookware.
A regular nonstick pan is aluminium with a chemical coating sprayed over it, and that coating is the part that wears out. Forgewell uses a solid titanium cooking surface, so there is no layer to scratch, peel or degrade. The pan you use in year ten is the same pan you unboxed.
Yes. There is no PFAS, PFOA or PTFE anywhere in the pan, because there is no coating at all. Nothing can leach into your food from a surface that was never sprayed on.
You can. Metal spatulas, tongs and whisks are all fine. This is the practical difference a solid surface makes: there is nothing on top to cut through.
Gas, induction, electric, ceramic, the oven and an open fire. The bonded base works on every hob type, and the pan has no handle part or coating that keeps it out of the oven.
Fully. A dishwasher is what destroys a coated pan over time; titanium does not care. Hand washing is quicker for a single pan, but it is not required.
Every Forgewell pan carries a 25-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If something goes wrong that should not have, contact us with your order number and we replace the pan.
Heavier than a thin nonstick pan and lighter than cast iron. The weight comes from the bonded base, which is also what keeps the heat even from the centre to the edge.
No seasoning, no ritual. Heat the pan first, add a little fat, then add the food. That is the whole technique, and it is the same one that works on a stainless pan.
